Types#
Color zone for gauge-style charts. Shared by Gauge and Linear — both map a numeric value onto a range with optional semantic threshold bands (typically green / yellow / red).
Each zone covers [from, to] inclusive on the same axis as the gauge's min..max. Zones are not palette-driven; color is set explicitly per zone so consumers can convey threshold semantics (e.g. var(--chart- for out-of-bounds). Use the visualisation family (--chart-), not the semantic UI colours of active-.
