The package's English translator, for a host, fixture, test or example that wants English and says so by passing it (t={english or <Chart). The package never installs it itself: a chart without a translator is a configuration error.
The table is complete by type. Interpolation follows the active-i18n convention ({{name}}); a plural entry selects one for a count of 1 and other otherwise.
