Notable changes to `@workspace/active-helpers`. Format based on
[Keep a Changelog](https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.1.0/); versioning per
[Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html).

No release of this package is recorded. The version field (`1.0.0`) is the
version a first release would carry; it is not a release.

### Added

- **The package itself (2026-10-21).** Formed in Foundation from the
  `portable-helpers` selection of `@workspace/active-utils` 2.0.0 (content
  `794359ed…`): the five helper modules unchanged in behaviour, under the
  same three subpaths (`./serialization`, `./export-fonts`, `./menu-items`)
  and the new package name. `active-grid` and `active-charts` import it
  instead of `@workspace/active-utils`.
- **Tests:** the existing tests of the helpers (delimited text, export
  fonts, menu items, decimal serialization), taken over unchanged, and a
  test that pins the exports map and the runtime exports of each subpath.
- **Package files:** `README.md`, `docs/API.md`, `tsconfig.json`,
  `eslint.config.mjs` and `vitest.config.ts`.

### Changed

- The serialization module comment names this package's subpath; it no
  longer describes the `/helpers` barrel of `active-utils`, which this
  package does not have.
