**englishGridTranslator**: `(key: string, variables?: Record<string, string \| number \| undefined>) => string`

The package's English translator, for a host, fixture, test or example that
wants English and says so by passing it (`t={englishGridTranslator}` or
`<GridDefaults t={englishGridTranslator}>`). The grid never installs it
itself: a grid without a translator is a configuration error. A
key outside the table returns the raw key.
