**clearAllGridStates**: `() => void`

Clear all grid state entries from localStorage.

Removes every `active_grid_state_` entry, including the `_locks_` and
`_pins_` variants.

## Only one grid namespace

Keys with any other prefix (such as `grid_state_`) have no writer in this
monorepo and are deliberately not cleared: clearing them would suggest a
second grid namespace that callers have to know about. There is one.
