**englishChartTranslator**: `(key: ChartTranslationKey, vars?: ChartTranslationVariables) => string`

The package's English translator, for a host, fixture, test or example that
wants English and says so by passing it (`t={englishChartTranslator}` or
`<ChartDefaults t={englishChartTranslator}>`). The package never installs it
itself: a chart without a translator is a configuration error.

The table is complete by type. Interpolation follows the active-i18n
convention (`{{name}}`); a plural entry selects `one` for a count of 1 and
`other` otherwise.
